only medusa and ragnarok know what gender chrona is and ragnarok refers to chrona as a he im pretty sure in one of the earlier episodes

Crona is genderless. The anime says he in English, the manga says she in English. But in Japanese they use a gender neutral pronoun, but its considered rude to call someone “it” in English. So enough Krona gender discussion.
