I think it was that when they were dubbing, the word “coffee” wouldn’t fit in the allotted time. Or it didn’t fit well with the mouth movements. Either way, I don’t think they just didn’t realize that they said tea instead of coffee.

I honestly thought that this edition would end on episode 25 since that episode actually has some closure to it. Imagine buying the DVD and then having it end like this with the next one not coming out for another month. What a way to sell the next DVD
