The anime and manga are completely different now. I rather like it this way, until something happens to Stein (which will happen sadly TT____TT)

Also, Crona IS a girl. In the manga, her sex doesn’t change from he to she to it, so she’s a girl. (And the only time they call her It is when they’re talking about Ragnoarok, because they don’t consider her a human because of the blck blood and Demon Sword)

Quite excited, I must admit I’ll be really sad when this is all over. Hopefully it will come to the US soon so we can buy it on DVD and buy the manga…

Jessi-Puff, Crona doesn’t have a known gender. Atsushi Okubo even said HE didn’t know in an interview, apparently. And as the manga’s creator, he of all people would know.

The only reason they use “she” and “her” in the manga translations is because they made an assumption and they didn’t want to change it after they found out Crona was actually an “it.” I can promise you they arn’t using the “she” pronoun in the Japanese version. They almost never use pronouns in Japanese. You usually just use someone’s name when you’re talking about them, not “he, she, it, etc.”

Hell, it even says “unknown” on the website for Crona’s gender.

Not to mention the fact that Crona SOUNDS like a boy, talks like a boy(“boku, boku, boku”), and looks like a boy when it’s not in a dress. Not helping the whole “it’s a girl” argument.

Of course, I don’t know either. Just saying. There’s no way to know for sure unless Okubo says something, and he already said he doesn’t know. (Or he really does, but doesn’t have any intention of telling.) I’m not saying it’s a boy, but don’t be so sure it’s a girl, either.

There is a “Soul Eater; the movie” and then seasons. like 1 is episode 1-26 ect. I bought the movie, and ill let you now what the difference is. But anywho, if you want the DVD, just look up buy soul eater DVD and you should find them for around $12-19 each. =D.

Besides that the blood attribute, moderate sense of decency and martyr tendencies all are indicative of a female character.

He / she actually gets cut up, punched, and injured badly. in just about every anime they dont show the females getting hurt or cut bad unless they are being comepletely overwhelmed by a totally supirior force.

I loved this episode! I’m glad that Maka is going back to her old self, ya know, before she became obsessed with Crona’s well-being (so mom-ish lol). Crona is strong and can take care of it’s self. So Maka and Soul KICK BUTT!

Gosh damn! I really hated Maka in this episode. So got on my damn nerves. All she did was complain the whole freaking time about “what’s the right choice?”. She’s so damn simple minded. All she does is think about her own damn needs. I think so far Shibusen has made all the best choices. If I were in Shinigami’s place, I probably would have done the same things. Chrona did a wrong thing. It cost Shibusen a very good teacher. But for some reason, Maka doesn’t find that a good enough reason to expel him. Stein is a very good guy, but I think it was smart, to stop the search, like they said, they couldn’t afford to lose anymore people to the madness(thanks to the 6 machines). And as for the transaction with Madusa, again, the best choice in that situation. Sure she did a whole bunch of Bull S***, everbody knows that, but really the main problem is the KISHIN. You know, that guy with soooooo much power he could plunge the world into eternal MADNESS! But apparently that’s nothing to Maka. That’s exactly why Maka can’t be a leader. She’s so damn selfish and immature. She has to get out of that little girly world of hers and realize that those were some major choices that could affect the WHOLE WORLD and not just her little weak heart. I wish someone could explain that to her. (That was a mouth full)

It says baba yagas castle…. well i didnt watch it yet but… im russian and baba yaga is an old story to scare little children into sleeping early and not staying up at night. the “baba” means grandma, and yaga doesnt mean anything in particular, just a name. Shes a witch, and she lives in a cabin that has owls feet. (idk why) lol but yep. its an old russian folktale.

I don’t hate her, but there are times when certain characters get a bit annoying, and it just can’t be helped.

I understand that this was a phase that was bound to happen to her, but I couldn’t help not liking it. That’s all. If you didn’t like my comment, just ignore it. Everyone has different views anyway.
