You have to be able to resonate with Excalibur’s soul to use it. He also requires you to go on a 1000 item quest. I just think he’s a few centuries too old for anyone to understand. If someone could awaken King Arther, or have a soul like him, they could wield that sword!

To be totally sure I like the fact that they ignored Soul and Maka for a while…

1. This episode which BlackStar and Death the Kid first met Excalibur.
2. Ox finds the book of Excalibur and tries to find it for his project.
(Which I like the ending that BlackStar wrote only “BAKA” for his project.

3. Then a weakling and errand gofer, Hero became more popular and stronger (much perverter) by accepting Excalibur’s selfish rules… But quitted being his meister since he kept on sneezing and sneezing… >____________<
